Incredibly delightful salon experience
The staff and facility at the Chattanooga, Tennessee campus provided an unexpected, but incredibly delightful “salon” experience. I’m trying to figure how area salons can justify their higher-end service fees when I can receive from Regency, a shampoo, cut and styling on par (or better), than those pricing in our town, in excess of $40 for the same services!
The entire staff at Regency-Chattanooga were professional. There was no horsing around, or foul language or loud music. Their website promise of an outstanding “real salon” experience was absolutely spot on. I will definitely have my hair services done by these folks again. What I particularly like is that the instructors are ever-watchful of the student who cuts the client’s hair. They are patient with the student, and one could tell that they were willing to do whatever necessary to ensure the student’s success and boost their confidence. The facilities did not make me feel, as the client, like I was getting these hair services in a school. Actually felt like a warm and friendly, high-end salon. I wholeheartedly recommend Regency for services.

I had a wonderful experience. It was so nice to see the student/teaches interact in such a pleasant and positive way. I will definitely be returning because this haircut and style was probably the best I have ever had, they really listened to what I was wanting and that is what I received.
P.S. The waxing of my feet felt so good I still find myself wiggling my toes under my desk even with my shoes on because they feel so smooth!!!

Pleasant experience
I just wanted to let you know what a pleasant experience I had for my first ever pedicure and manicure. My daughter and I made appointments for these services at the Dayton Branch on Miamisburg - Centerville Road on Tuesday, March 27. (Your Regency students) not only did a great job, but also made the entire experience quite pleasant with their friendliness and great conversation.
If all of your students perform at the level of these two young women, you are doing a fine job.

I have been coming to Crystal Lake for over a year, and started an almost weekly visit for the last 6 months or so. I am totally happy with the skill of your students, and their attitude.
Besides the super haircuts and stylings that I have received, the girls are a pleasure to be around. Your school has not only taught them the mechanics of being good stylists, but also how to interact with customers.
I talk about your school to my friends all the time. Unfortunately, none of them live close to Crystal Lake, but one is planning on trying one of your other schools, and one is checking on your Downers Grove location. My son also comes to Crystal Lake for his haircuts.
Again ....... Kudos to your instructors and especially your wonderful students!...

9 Girl Scouts had a great experience!
I am writing to give you feedback on my experience with Regency Beauty in Canton, Ohio on January 18th, 2012.
I had a Kids Party Package at Regency for my 9 Girl Scout Brownies and we had a great experience!
We had 5 hair stylists, 2 nail and 2 makeup students. They all did a great job, kept the girls rotating through the hair, nails and makeup very smoothly and made our experience a great one!
My girl scouts are 8 – 9 years old yet all of the stylists related very well to them and made them at ease despite the fact that this was a new experience to most of my girls.
Your staff was very patient and accepting of our somewhat loud and active girls!

Very professional and sweet at the same time
I had the pleasure of having a manicure by one of your students. She was very professional and sweet at the same time. She recommended a paraffin dip for my hands and it was fabulous. The area was setup and clean when I arrived and ready for me to sit down and relax.

As a licensed esthetician, I can appreciate going to a beauty school for services.. after doing the research on beauty schools in Fort Myers (I am new to the area), I chose Regency and am very pleased.. I was impressed with the knowledge of the instructor (Steve), as my hair is difficult being that its baby fine but very dense and he stood with the student most of the time because my hair has to be double processed... yes, ouch!! so its has to be given extra care..and that exactly what I got at Regency with this instructor and his student... I am very pleased and will continue to go.. but will only book appointments on days that perticular instructor is there.. He really knows his stuff, and I’m happy.

The atmosphere was wonderful
Thank you for a wonderful experience at your Manassas Campus yesterday. I came in for highlights and boy-o-boy did I get a head full! I could not be more pleased. I have very long, thick hair so I knew the stylist I got was going to have a big job ahead of them.
I was lucky enough to have gotten scheduled with Katrina S. The experience was so much better than I had expected!
The atmosphere was wonderful. Miss Kathy was on top of the students to answer any questions they had. The students were all very respectful and appreciative of her and her input. The place was clean, and inviting.
Katrina was my stylist and Margaret was working on the woman next to me. They had a great report and both did a super job. I will be back to see Katrina tonight with my son in tow.
I can't wait to schedule another service. It was so nice to see the real joy in Katrina's face when I told her I did not like my hair...but I loved it! She did a much better job with my tough case than many stylists who have years more experience.

I had a fantastic time yesterday, at Regency! Everyone looked amazing. Dressed for success and ready to hit the ground running. I saw cutting edge designs and students eager to take the cosmetology industry by storm. As a hair designer myself, I would like to think I know great talent when I see it and Regency is a breading pool of high energy, yet professional ,soon to be licensed cosomos.The wonderful vibe I got there,says a lot about the director and the educators,alike. I wish I had been as fortunate to have such leaders and quality experience as these young people are being offered. It makes a huge difference and it show in there work I am thrilled with my experience with them and will continue to return.

My name is Cindy Olds and I just wanted to send out a quick note to tell you what a great experience I had on Thursday, January 12th at your school in Willoughby, Ohio.
It was my first visit to your school and from the time I walked through the door everyone was friendly and professional. I had my hair highlighted with a cap which was a service that my stylist, Casey, had never performed before. She did a wonderful job and her instructors were there to supervise and instruct her through the color and then then haircut. It is my opinion that Casey will do very well in her career as a cosmetologist. She has a true passion for the profession and makes her clients feel very comfortable. That combined with her skills, having only been in the program for 4 months, make me confident that I will be back and I will be referring my friends and family. Before I left she educated me on the products that she had used on my hair and I purchased 3 of them so that I would be able to properly care for my new color and re-create the style at home.

My name is Bridget Ishak, and I had my hair highlighted today at the Regency Beauty campus located in Knoxville, TN.
My stylist's name was Jessica and her teacher, Adam, assisted and supervised. I have had my hair cut and colored at many highly recognized salons before, but this was by far the best salon experience I have ever had! Not only was Jessica fun to talk to and extremely knowledgeable about hair-color and current trends, but she also offered to help me try out a few different special-occasion hair-styles for a military ball I am attending this coming weekend. Her teacher, Adam, was helpful, kind, and hands-on during the entire process. He allowed Jessica to perform what she has learned on her own but was never farther than ear-shot in case she had questions or needed help. My hair turned out beautifully and I scheduled another appointment with Jessica in 5 weeks. It is rare to find people who care about their job, have a great attitude, and produce an exceptional product. I experienced all three today and I will definitely be returning again soon. Keep up the great work!!!

I was more than pleased with my visit to Regency. Jennifer was very professional in every aspect of being a stylist. To be honest, no stylist has ever given more attention to my hair. She colored the roots of my hair (which of course every stylist does) but she went far and beyond what they have ever done in that she took the time to color the rest of my hair making special effort to not color my hairlites. She also cut my hair like a professional. She is a student that Regency Beauty Institute should be very proud to call one of their own.

I have been a loyal Regency customer for several years at various locations. I wanted to let you know about four utterly fantastic students Marquise, Vicky, Samantha and Tonasha. Each of these exemplary individuals excels in their craft and deserves special recognition. I have had facials at some of the finest spas in the world and have had few experiences like the amazing treatment I was given by Vicky and Marquise. I have been visiting Regency for several years and been satisfied with the services that I received. I retired from serving as a high school school counselor and I enjoy talking to the students and watching their success. I love my hair now!
Yesterday, I went to your Avon, Indiana campus for a permanant wave design wrap, and I love my hair now! Not only does my hair look good, but I also feel good. This was my first experience at a beauty school, & was nervous. Immediately upon arrival, the student and the great atmosphere made me very comfortable. Taylor Johnson was my stylist & Mr. Dexter was her instructor who was watching over her, & I think they are both awesome! She would not be the talented stylist she is without his valuable input. They were also very personable. My hair even looked good when I woke up this morning! Thank you so much!

Going to Regency for two or three years now
Hi,
I have been getting my hair cut at Regency for two or three years now.
My six year old daughter has too, for about a year.
We always get good haircuts and colors (for me). The students are always very nice and listen carefully to what we want. The instructors work well with the students and with us to make sure we get what we want. And your services are inexpensive - who could ask for more?
I have told everyone I know about Regency and plan on getting our hair done there for the foreseeable future.

Thank-you, My first visit to Regency was above and beyond my expectations. From walking in the front door and being welcomed by a smiling face, Someone took my coat and hung it up, and I was given a cup of hot coffee as soon as I sit down. I felt like I was at a high-end salon. After waiting just a few minutes I was taken back for my pedicure, Shareese was AWESOME. What an asset to your school. I walked in and met a stranger and walked out having a new friend.

I was immediately greeted by Nita who took care of me from the moment I walked in. She was very attentive and proactive. She is very friendly and took the time to get to know me and wanted to make 100% sure we were on the same page. This is my second visit to Regency the first time I had Stephanie, and was also satisfied with the service I received from her as well. My hair was a mess!
I came in on Saturday the 17th. My hair was a mess. Gray roots, med brown mid shaft and the awful dull dark brown/blk that was like shoe polish on the ends. Plus, I wanted to try a dark brown/auburn for the winter. Natalie did my hair with the help of the two instructors. My hair turned out just perfect. Everyone was wonderful and did a super job on my hair. I stopped by today to show them the outcome of their finished masterpiece!
