The spring Salon Fairs have just blown through Regency’s campuses like a tornado of beauty and creativity! Twice a year, all of our campuses crank up the volume for these fun-filled events that really give our students the chance to step outside the box and let their imaginations run wild! One of our proud campuses, Chattanooga, submitted all of the following information and photos from their first-ever Salon Fair. Thank you Chattanooga – nice job! Chattanooga Salon Fair

Chattanooga’s first Salon Fair was a huge Success! Our students chose two creative themes around which to create complete, head-to-toe looks on models for a friendly competition. The themes were “Red Carpet/Runway” and “Nature Inspired/Fantasy”. Students who chose the Red Carpet category created classic and current model looks that were inspired by stars ranging from Marilyn Monroe to Lindsay Lohan. The students who chose the Nature Inspired/Fantasy category incorporated various animals and earthy elements into their models, such as a White Snow Owl and even a Starry Night. The décor for the event was as glamorous as the models themselves. Chattanooga’s Performance Floor was transformed into a scene right out of a dream with trees hanging from the ceiling and butterflies made out of Mardi-Gras masks in every hue. The models were stunning as they walked the Red Carpet runway into the judging area. We had an incredible turnout and positive comments from guests and Judges alike. Salons in attendance were Hair Benders International, Epiphany Salon and Day Spa, In the Buff Salon and Day Spa, A Better You, Studio 59, Salon Centric (L’Oreal), Smart Style Family Hair Salon, Creative Concepts Hair Salon, MasterCuts, Supercuts, Great Clips, and Essentially You. The students really enjoyed themselves and worked together to create a remarkable event that everyone was proud to participate in!
