Her career path:
After graduating from Regency, Lynette worked at an upscale salon before taking on the role of cosmetic sales manager at the Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa at The Westin La Paloma in Tucson. She also worked as a freelance makeup artist for M.A.C., and for Blue Mercury Apothecary & Spa.

Today she works for Dinair Airbrush Makeup in North Hollywood, and travels around the country as a lead instructor and key hair/makeup artist in production. She sees plenty of room for growth within the company, and continues to work as a freelance artist for photo shoots, weddings, and parties through her company LacquerMe.
Most interesting project Lynette has worked on:
“My Mom and I were able to work on the national ad campaign for the Muscular Dystrophy Association doing makeup and hair for children living with the disease. They were an inspiration to me; so positive and full of life. I was really humbled by the children and their families, and felt so blessed to have encountered them. It’s not often that you get jobs like that, and it was an incredible experience that I won’t ever forget.”

Most valuable thing she learned at Regency:
“Networking! When they would hold Salon Fairs, it was great to meet people in the industry and make connections for future business building. It was often extremely helpful after graduating.”
Regency Beauty has not made and will not make any guarantees of employment or salary upon graduation.
