Terms and Conditions

Must be at least 16 years of age to enroll. Children under 16 can be included in their parent/guardian’s Guest Rewards^SM membership. Regency students and employees are not eligible. Program has no cash value. Rewards described herein are valid for one year after enrollment and may be changed at any time without prior written notice.

Each visit during which $9 or more of services are completed counts as one appointment. Members will receive credit to their account if they pay for someone under 16. In order to qualify, the six services must be completed within a 12-month timeframe.

In order to receive $5 bonus, the referred guest must also enroll in Guest Rewards^SM. If the service total is less than $5, the service will be free and no additional credits will be given.
